We had flat on the way to Kelowna. It was pretty bad and we had our young child with us. Jordan Pinto made us a priority and got us set up and back on the road as soon as possible. Total pro. Great service. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Not all heros wear capes, some wear KalTire coveralls. Thanks Jordan.

After breaking down in the bush and being stuck for three days, with three flat tires, and two small children, and in absolute panic, I rolled into cache creek, looking for help. The store was booked and busy, but Darryl saw the situation. I was in a when after three days, with three flat tires, and two small children, and needing help desperately. He totally stepped up with re assurance he would help and not too worry .. - **** Nobody else in town could or would assist to help me …or even did that !! The store was booked and busy, but again Darryl saw the situation I was in - and acted behind the call of duty !! - he went out of his way to take care of my stress. - Helped my children by offering them food and beverages to keep them relaxed as we were waiting to have service. - This was an emergency service, and they went out of their way to make sure that my family would be home safe before I left. !!!! - I praise Darryl praise !!!! And Kal Tire and staff …. Im am forever grateful ! - . Thankful for the service I received when I was in big trouble and no one would help - I would recommend these guys and especially Darryl to anyone !!! You won me over guys !! Thx to Darryl !!! - you’re a Saint !!! God bless

Stopped here on the way to Vancouver as our tire pressure warning light had come on. They checked the pressure for all the tires and ensured that everything was good before we got back on the highway. Extremely friendly. Would highly recommend!!

Coming up from Vancouver I had a problem with a noise that was becoming increasingly bad in my vehicles front end. I called around and car repair places could not get me in til next week. I was worried about being able to return safely to Vancouver. Dropped in to Kal Tire and Brian said they would fit me in. They found problem and fixed it for no charge!!! Thank you!!!

Thank you so much to Jordan and the team for helping us plug the flat tire we got on the Coquihalla on Nov 25, 2022. We were lucky the 6 inch piece of metal you pulled out of the tire didn't do more damage! Your quick expertise had us back on the road in less than 45 min. You made a terrible circumstance nearly stress free.
